Kucharsky String Quartet is represented by Malcolm Wilson

Malcolm Wilson is an expert when it comes to managing classical music. In the last three decades, he had the chance to work with some of the most prestigious orchestras of the United Kingdom. He was the manager of the English Chamber Orchestra for more than ten years. As a member of their administration, he worked with world-famous musicians such as Vladimir Ashkenazy, Anne-Sophie Mutter, Yehudi Menuhin, and Maxim Vengerov. The Academy of St Martin in the Fields – which is led by Joshua Bell nowadays – was founded by Sir Neville Marriner, one of the most excellent classical musicians of the 20th and the 21st century. Wilson worked with the chamber orchestra from 1998 to 2012. He started to work with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in 2008 as an orchestra manager, and since 2012 he is the General Manager of the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. Besides his exceptional background as a manager, he also has experience in the recording business; he worked for years at the Naxos Records, the world’s leading classical music label as measured by the number of new recordings it releases and the depth and breadth of its catalogue.
